It's been a few months since the incredible, game-changing news of X Cargo hit our desks and, we'll be honest, we're still not nearly over it. A totally new and progressive dining-come-bar multi-level destination set to open in Fortitude Valley, X Cargo is set to rival some of the biggest and best open air bar and dining concepts in the world (we're looking at you, POP Brixton in London!).

And, now, FINALLY, we have an opening date. Hold on to your iPhones, Brisbane, and mark your diaries, X Cargo is set to open on July 28!

Connecting James Street and lower Ann Street to the rest of Fortitude Valley, X Cargo has been making headlines ever since it was announced earlier this year. In essence, X Cargo will be made out of shipping containers, and will be the first of its kind in Brisbane on such a large and seriously luxe scale: multiple outdoor bar and dining areas, rooftop terraces, tropical garden areas, an outdoor cinema, pop-up food trucks—it'll even serve breakfast and lunch!

To rev you all up just that little bit more, we've got our hands on an exclusive sneak peak at X Cargo's final look! For your viewing pleasure, please take your time to peruse the following eye candy (CAUTION: severe social life envy-inducing may occur).

We still have a good three weeks before X Cargo opens its doors, so until then, enjoy...

Just another stunning rooftop bar to knock bar an Aperol Spritz (or three...).
