Huxtaburger Is Coming To Brisbane, For One Day Only!

Ever since Daniel Wilson’s burger baby, Huxtaburger, came into being, Melbournians have gained a good three inches on the waist. Now comes Brisbane’s turn and we are big fans of extra insulation, especially if it’s picked up along the upcoming James Street Food and Wine Trail…

The foodie’s expedition is more about the journey than the destination. And in this case, the destination is food-comatosed bliss. Along with Harveys’ PJ McMillan, Wilson is shepherding gastronauts on their comestible voyage with a collaborative five-course dinner showcasing the fruits of Victorian producers and a host of inspiration on the palate.  

After the splendid repast of piquant pleasures, guests can proceed to Scrumptious Reads for something of a palate cleanser: the launch of Wilson’s new burger tome, The Huxtaburger Book.  Within the pages Wilson has condensed his years of burger-flippin’ experience to a refined and exact anthology of excellence. The first twenty punters receive a Huxtaburger straight off the grill, made by Daniel himself! This is a one off chance to nab a taste of the Huxtaburger magic in Brisbane, so try to get a seat near the door…
