While Brisbane’s northern suburbs actually already have quite the selection of regular produce markets, adding another to our rapidly growing city seems like a pretty great idea.
Set to start trading for the first time this Sunday, the Chermside Farmers Market will take over the huge space outside the Kedron Wavell Services Club, and will showcase the finest Brisbane and QLD produce, award-winning growers, farmers and artisans.
Every Sunday from March 3, you’ll be able to shop local meats and seafood, baked goods, coffee and breakfast, alongside local artisan stalls featuring ceramics, artworks and homewares.
Kicking off from 6:30am on Sunday March 3, come on down for your weekly groceries, a cheeky breakfast, or just for a stroll around Brisbane’s newest market. Pretty great way to end the weekend of you ask us.
