On your bikes guys because it’s time to cycle your way towards the sweet stuff, with Sydney gearing up (see what we did there?) to hit the road, en route to a sea of chocolate. Okay, so maybe not a sea exactly, but we’re cycling and along the way we will be stopping off at many a chocolate filled location.
The Sydney Rides Festival is answering the prayers of chocaholics across the city on October 15th with a Chocolate Ride. On this deliciously chocolatey ride, you can expect to exceed the day’s calorie count and, with chocolate packed full of endorphins, there’s a chance this could also be the happiest ride in the history of Sydney.
Bring your bikes to the backstreets of Marrickville where you’ll visit chocolatiers, gelato manufacturers, patisseries, dessert bars and confectionary wholesales. A word to the wise, you’ll want to be wearing stretchy pants.
The ride departs the Petersham Post Office at 9am, head here to find out more.
