This exotic Middle Eastern joint with a twist is a Saturday fave, with a seriously tasty lunch banquet accompanied by spiced Hennessy sangrias, and blackcurrant or guava Bellinis. Chandon Brut | Mrs Sippy
Every Saturday, this Double Bay hotspot is bringing the ultimate bubbles and share plate feast and we’re so darn into it. Drink-wise, Mrs Sippy will be pouring bottomless Chandon Brut NV after your arrival cocktail. In terms of grub, to start, get around some Sydney rock oysters, followed by the ultimate Mediterranean share plate complete with slow cooked lamb, house-made hummus, beetroot tzatziki and house grilled pita bread. As for that sweet finish, you’ll be chowing down greek yoghurt gelato with fresh berries, honey and nuts. Yep, time to sip back, relax and get booking.

Mimosas | Dead Ringer
There are some guidelines to Dead Ringer’s bottomless mimosas, the main one being: don’t be a jerk. Really. These peeps are serious about their responsible service of alcohol, and we salute them! You can opt-in for 1.5 hours of bottomless mimosas as part of their à la carte selection (the tomato, ricotta and caramelised onion tart is the bomb, and 90 per cent of the menu is gluten-free), or tack it onto their set brunch menu (for two hours of mimosa goodness). Either way, you’re winning the brunch thing fo shiz.

Bellinis | The Winery
The Winery has its own champagne room, so you know they take their bellinis seriously. They have the classic peach bellini, and delicious spin-offs with lychee and raspberry. For three hours you get endless sparkling, paired with three courses of grazing goodness—cheese and salumi boards, arancini with dip and breads, and mini wine burgers with sweet potato fries…and to finish, a gelato champagne spider.

Rosé & Rosé Sangria (Because, Choice) | SoCal
SoCal is all about sun, surf and southern California, and the menu matches the summery vibes. For 65 beans, you score fries, tacos, kingfish ceviche, cheese croquettes, jerk chicken salad—and your choice of rosé or rosé sangria—for two whole hours! Tip: when making your booking, opt for their terrace seating. Sunny rays and rosé, hooray!

Rosé | Nomad
Nomad has been bringing the killer Mediterranean food, Australian wine list and buzzing open kitchen for a while. It probably explains why they’ve been awarded chef’s hats for four years in a row. Ergo, if they’re going to join in this bottomless lunch thing, we’re not complaining. For two hours, enjoy top-ups of their fine rosé while grazing on a feast of cannellini bean hummus with wood-fired focaccia, zucchini flowers with truffle honey, spiced cauliflower and labne, and barbecued harissa spatchock. Can it get any better than this?

Sparkling | Darlo Country Club
Don’t listen to Snoop—you don’t need to have a rolly on your arm to be pouring Chandon. At Darlo Country Club, the bubbly flows from 11.30am e’ry Saturday. Join the Brunch Club, and you’ll be treated to three hours of sparkling, NV Chandon or Möet, and a set menu that includes chia puddings, salmon gravlax, Brooklyn Boy bagels, and Nutella french toast. Ballers can add-on caviar for an extra $95. Make it rain.

Cocktails | Since I Left You
Once a month, the good folks at inner-city cocktail bar Since I Left You hold an afternoon beats & brunch event. It kicks off at midday with an hour of bottomless cocktails, followed by their signature waffles, and a savoury main course that changes each month. Then, kick back and chill out to some funk, soul and hip-hop jams from a real, live DJ or musician. Tipples and tunes, what a combo.
