2017 is there anything you can’t do? Short answer, no. In a classic case of overachieving, the same year that made an avocado restaurant a reality has gone and made the job of our avo-obsessed dreams a reality.
Sydney’s first ever avocado pop-up eatery is on the hunt for a Head of Avo Control, and yes, it is as delicious (and ridiculous) as it sounds. But before you think you’ve got this one in the bag, you’ll need a minimum two years experience in smashing avos on toast and also be well familiar with the avo sweet spot.
