Since Beyonce led a fuchsia army into the final hours of Coachella Weekend 2 earlier this year, we’ve been chasing that burning bright hot pink across all corners of the globe.
So, when iconic Aussie brand One Teaspoon dropped a handful of must-have pink pieces, we knew we had to suss it out.
Inspired by “cool summer vibes and old school rock’n’roll”—according to the brand’s creative director Jamie Blakely—the current collection features a few pink statement pieces which we’re totally digging.
We were instantly drawn to the Crazy Face Bomber Jacket. Inspired by pop art, this oversized jacket is ideal for this awkward in-between-period we’re currently facing weather-wise—you know, where it’s cold in the mornings but by the time you get to work the humidity here in Sydney is way too real.
Keeping with the pop pink theme, the Pop Pink Prophecy Jumpsuit is another winner in our books. As seen on Cass Dimicco right here, this spin on the full boiler suit is fun and chill.
The Daria Cut Off Shirt in dirty pink will be your new go-to shirt for summer. The lower back scoop makes this shirt unique, yet super versatile.
While we personally hope that this pink is here to stay for at least the foreseeable future, we asked Jamie for her psychic prediction as to what’s next, and here’s what she had to say: “The pop pink is hard to move on from, but we're vibing on red taking over from the pop pink.”
Want to keep riding the pink wave? You can shop the One Teaspoon label online or in stores, but hurry —these pieces are selling out, understandably.
And for fans of the brand, One Teaspoon is hosting a huge warehouse sale in Sydney from 9 - 11 November. Check details here.
Love bright things? Here's the case for that new season neon.
