Soak Up Two Hours Of Bottomless Frosé At Sydney’s Dedicated Rosé Wine Bar

One things for sure, Sydney’s big-time obsession with pink wine shows no signs of slowing down. With rosé season in full swing, you’ll want to make sure you and your crew are across all the sweet happenings at Potts Point’s dedicated rosé spot, Rosé Royale.

The first summer feast you need to know about is the “(F)rosé Indulgence Luncheon”. This bad boy covers a three-course lunch and two-hours of bottomless rosé ($77) or frosé ($87). And if you’re keen to dig into the icy stuff, there are two flavours to try including yuzu, pineapple and lychee, then aloe vera, beetroot, grape and cherry. As for what’s on the menu, you can expect cauliflower and beetroot croquettes with pink cheese, pork “filet mignon” stuffed with mushroom and wrapped in jamon and for dessert—chocolate profiteroles with rosé ice cream.

If making the most of all the rosé is more your thing, then say hello to the Royale’s brand new rosé wine flights. Each flight includes four varieties—the “European Summer” allows you to taste rosémade in four different European countries. There’s also “The Dark Knight”, which is designed to convert red wine drinkers and our personal favourite, “Around The World In Eight Rosés” with sips coming from Greece, Spain, South Africa, Portugal and Argentina.

And to top it all off, for the whole of the month, the team here is also putting the new Monsieur Moustache rosé on special and donating 50 per cent of proceeds to the Movember cause.
