If you ever needed another reason to spend more time in the Inner West, behold—Flour Mill of Summer Hill. The latest spot to receive a 21st century revamp, this Summer Hill locale is set to transform (you guessed it) the old flour mill of Summer Hill into what we can only hope will be our newest fave foodie spot.

With cafes, restaurants, and a rather swanky (or so we’re told) urban plaza set to take up shop in the reimagined space, we can’t wait to see it IRL. Word on the street is The Farm Wholefoods are the first confirmed tenants, and it’s safe to say we’ll be making a beeline from the moment it opens.

It wouldn’t be a new Sydney development without some luxe residential lodgings, so you know, if you’re ready to BYO avo toast you might as well move yourself in.  Did we mention it’s walking distance to some of the best desserts in town—you need the beignets from One Penny Red in your belly, stat. Just sayin’.

Speaking of Summer Hill, here are some of our favs.
