Stefano Manfredi’s Italian Regional Dinners

Renowned chef Stefano Manfredi of Balla restaurant fame is sharing his Italian cuisine romance via a series of stunning regional Italian feasts. 

The first in the series will be celebrating the Valle d'Aosta region with an autumn menu featuring duck, veal and other Italian delicacies. Valle d'Aosta borders France and Switzerland and is praised for its aged cheeses, which are housed in mountain caves. Additionally the region is regarded for its veal fillet in pastry dish—delicious.

The event will take place next Tuesday the 13th at the Balla restaurant located at The Star. For just $95 per person, you will enjoy a four-course Valle d'Aosta-inspired menu and will receive a take-home recipe from the evening.

Following on from autumn, Manfredi will celebrate the coming seasons with: the Friuli region Tuesday the 5th of August for winter; the Molise region on Tuesday the 4th of November for Spring; and finally the Calabria region on Tuesday the 3rd of February 2015.
