Guys, you may want to take a seat for this one—Sydney has just scored an entire festival dedicated to dessert and we’re struggling to control ourselves RN. It’s all happening at the Shangri-La Hotel Sydney, so you know it’ll be delicious and luxe (yep, this one will be epic).
Of course, the star of the show is the hotel’s resident sweet genius, Anna Polivou, who’ll be dishing up two new desserts especially for the event—a choux burger PB&B that combines golden choux, creamy peanut cremeux, a fresh raspberry jelly and bliss bomb popcorn (now we’re talking), and a tropical version of the same dessert (we can confirm—there will be a Malibu crème).
Other honourable mentions go to a few of our fave Sydney food legends: Butter (fried chicken is life), Thievery, Knafeh Bakery, Cow & the Moon gelato and literally so much more. For entertainment, expect graffiti artists, magicians (yes really), live DJ sets from DJ Nino Brown and YO! MAFIA, plus a cake eating competition. Game on.
