2019 is here already which means we're officially on the cusp of a new decade. This also signals the events season here in Brisbane, with more things to do happening around town than any other time of year. It's a wonder we can keep up.

Catch Jersey Boys At QPAC

Back in Brisbane is the musical journey of the blue-collar boys who invented their own unique sound in the 50s and took the world by storm with it. Follow the rises and falls of The Four Seasons set to their iconic tunes such as Sherry, Big Girls Don’t Cry, and Can’t Take My Eyes Off You.

FOMO By Night Is Going Off At Brisbane Showgrounds

Kicking off on the first Friday of the year is the biggest concert to hit Brisbane that we have ever seen. Headlined by rap queen Nicki Minaj herself the show will also feature big names such as Lil Pump, Mura Masa, San Holo, and more, all sharing the stage for one epic party. Book tickets if you want to avoid a serious case of FOMO.

Check Out The Illusionists Straight Off Of Broadway

If you love a good magic show you will be next level mind-blown by The Illusionists. The show is hitting Brisbane this month direct from Broadway for only ten days, so if you want to see levitation, mindreading, disappearing acts, and impressive illusions live you will have to get tickets quick before the season books out.

Check Out For Shore Music Festival

If you’re thinking that a trip up to Sandstone Point isn’t worth the effort, think again. The Sandstone Point Hotel are holding their first ever For shore Music Festival this month and you’re invited. The line-up includes PNAU, The Presets, SAFIA, Wafia, CXLOE, and more for over 8 hours of tunes and summer vibes

Fluffy Icon Gabriel Iglesias Takes To The Stage

If you’re in the mood to have a giggle, check out the Aussie legend Gabriel Iglesias this month. “Fluffy” will be hitting up the convention centre with his show after touring worldwide. He’ll bring his stories, parodies, sound effects, and characters to entertain so book tickets if you don’t want to miss out.

Mumford & Sons Kick Off Their Australian Tour

The banjo playing, beard loving band Mumford & Sons will be touring Australia with their newest material this month. After waiting for over three years for new tunes from the boys, they have finally delivered with their most recent single Guiding Light plus more expected to come while on tour. Book if you want to hear sneak peeks of their fresh stuff.

The Adults-Only Ball Pit Party Is Popping Up

If you’re a kid at heart you have already been sold by the title of this event, but here are a few more details to get you all the more amped. The pit will contain a grand total of 1 million balls to thrash around in. Combine that with a DJ, games, and a cocktail bar and you have the ultimate adult playground.

Get To Australia's Biggest Summer Motown Party
