If you’re anything like us, any phrase that includes the word ‘bottomless’ should be like sweet music to your ears. And when there’s dumplings and bao buns involved too? Well, it’s like an entire symphony just started playing in our head.

We can hear the violins now, because Fortitude Valley’s newest underground pan Asian bar and eatery, Ling Lings, has just announced they will be hosting bottomless dim sum brunches every Sunday, featuring a nine-course banquet paired with bottomless Tiger Beer, prosecco, rose, Aperol spritzes and mimosas. So gather your foodie friends and prepare for the ultimate feast, because you’ll be able to chow down on dumplings, pork buns and spring rolls while you get as boozed as feasibly possible on a Sunday afternoon.

Best of all, the whole package will only set you back $45pp—a bargain if you ask us. There’s two different options for the banquet: the nine-course dim sum feast, which includes samurai fries, spring rolls, prawn and ginger dumplings, pork belly bao buns, pork buns and sweet chilli karaage chicken; and a vegan eight-course version, that includes shallot pancakes, tofu bao buns, veggie dumplings, salt and pepper tofu and eggplant san choy bow, plus more.

The brunches will run from 2.30pm to 4.30pm every Sunday from 30 August, with DJs and live artists to add to the killer vibes. Got a free Sunday and want to get in on the fun? Find out more and book your spot here
