Fans of carbs and bumbling British chefs, get excited. Britain's most recognisable kitchen wizard has set up shop in the Brisbane CBD, with the arrival of Jamie's Italian on Edward Street this week.

The new Jamie's Italian Brisbane menu is chock-full of Italian favourites, pastas, antipasti, and meaty share 'planks'.

The pasta used is made in-house, fresh everyday, and we're already drooling over the sausage pappardelle and the fried three-cheese gnocchi.

With restaurants in Perth, Canberra, Adelaide, and Sydney, Jamie's new Brisbane digs have a warm and friendly fit out and are sure to be a hit with families, as well as carb lovers.

Jamie's Italian Brisbane is open for lunch and dinner, and bookings are required for groups larger than seven.
