We’re all about spreading the love today! All across Brisbane, people are gearing up for one hell of a shin dig—and you’ll def want in! This is everywhere you need to hit today to celebrate a big fat Y-E-S.

Love is love, guys, so get out there and party!

The Wickham

The social epicentre of the LGBTQI community in Brisbane, you better believe The Wickham is the place to be tonight. From 6pm, get yourself down to their Yes Party in the courtyard, where the DJ will be playing beats until late and the party vibes will be kicking on until the early hours.

The Rumpus Room

Celebrate the yes vote with the team from GetUp, Equal Love and members of the LGBTIQ community at The Rumpus Room tonight from 6pm. Champagne will be popping and music will be pumping so bring your dancing shoes!

Yes Pub Crawl

Because who isn’t down for a cheeky pub crawl, gather the gang and meet at Bosc in West End for a 6pm kick off. Jackie Trad will be your crawl guide for the night, where you’ll be bending the elbow in good company at LGBTQI friendly bars and pubs.

Xennox Diamonds Marriage Equality Competition Winner

Brisbane-based jeweller (and total local legends) Xennox Diamonds ran a competition to win a $20,000 wedding package during the national plebiscite—ICYMI. Joining forces with Brisbane Mini, Urbane, Unforgettable Proposals and Evoke Studios, video entries have been whittled down to 32 same-sex couple finalists—with the winners of this epic prize being announced in the Queen Street Mall tonight! Cue bulk celebrations, live music and one VERY happy couple! Come on down and check it out (BYO tissues, guys, this is going to be a tear-jerker!).

Because love is love!
