Iconic Brisbane cafe, Cafe O-Mai is a decadent combination of the east and the west; a multicultural affair between traditional pho by night and granola and yogurt by day. If you thought O-Mai couldn't get any better, then boy we have some pho-bulous news for you. Our favourite Vietnamese joint has launched takeaway through their own little hole-in-the-wall window. Cute as!
Serving takeaway food and their delicious coffee, O-Mai is set to be your new go-to. Pho for breakfast, lunch AND dinner!
Traditional pho is the house specialty, with 48-hour brewed broth submerged by oodles of noodles, finely sliced beef or chicken and garnishes of fresh herbs are submerged. O-Mai is also the proud maker, shaker and baker of pho chay, a vegetarian pho, made with a complex veggie stock and tofu.
It was win/win before, but O-Mai really have set the benchmark high.
Here's to a whole lotta Vietnamese!
